Sylwester and Wiktoria called me one day and said: “Michał, we need to increase conversion and build a better experience during patients’ research”. It was such an opportunity to validate the existing business model, strategy and propose a new plan to grow in the next few years.

The goal was to make a strong research phase deeply diving into users’ needs and present useful product adjusted to the target.

My role was a Lead Product Designer and I’ve designed the particular strategy to discover details we need to pay attention to.

Main challange was something we had to determine at the beginning of our cooperation. Stakeholders weren’t fully aware of the problem as well as the design process and they came up with idea of redesign the website.

We noticed the problem is deeper and we need to dedicate our whole time to find out what patients want to see on the website and how they want to make an appointment. At the same time Sports-Med decide to try to build a part of passive income in terms of courses, books and other digital goods.
