When Sylwester and Wiktoria reached out to me, I saw a chance to do more than just fix immediate issues.

It was an opportunity to validate their existing business model, redefine their strategy,

and craft a roadmap for sustainable growth in the coming years.

There are the projects that don't need a 20-page case study to make a point. Screens, flows, visuals, straight to the essence. Some are experiments, some went live, all show how I think and design. A collection that proves good design speaks louder than slides.

Simultaneously, Sports-Med aimed to diversify their revenue streams with passive income options like courses, books, and other digital products, while also exploring higher pricing strategies to boost margins. It was clear this project was about much more than a redesign - it was a full-scale reimagining of their business approach.
